NEWBORNS
As a family practice, we prefer to begin our patient relationships right at birth! Continuity of care from newborn age through adolescence creates a supportive environment for both parents and children.
PEDIATRICS
We provide care and guidance for your child’s physical, mental, and social health. We’re here for acute illnesses/concerns, as well as, preventative care to monitor development and prevent disease.
ADULTS
By treating families and individuals at every stage of adulthood, we get a basis for decisions in each patient’s lifelong care, fostering a proactive partnership between our physicians and their patients.

Same Day Care
Should an acute problem arise and you need to be seen that day, we will try to schedule an appointment with your own West Front Primary Care physician or nurse practitioner.
When this is not possible, our Same Day Care practitioner will see you instead. Appointments are still required. Call for hours.
Telehealth Option
Telehealth is the distribution of health-rated services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies. It allows long distance patient and clinical contact, and care advice. Telehealth is an excellent option during the COVID-19 outbreak, and should be available for the vast majority of our patients. Osteopathic Manipulation
Osteopathic manipulative treatment, or OMT, is hands-on care. It involves using the hands to diagnose, treat, and prevent illness or injury. Using OMT, your osteopathic physician will move your muscles and joints using techniques including stretching, gentle pressure and resistance.
Who can benefit from OMT?
OMT can help people of all ages and backgrounds. The treatment can be used to ease pain, promote healing and increase overall mobility. OMT is often used to treat muscle pain. But it can also help patients with a number of other health problems.
Injured? We Do Sutures and Casting
If you fall off a ladder or take a tumble on your mountain bike, the thought of spending hours (and great expense) in the emergency room is almost worse than the pain. At WFPC, we can handle minor injuries as out-patient care, right here in our office, with the provider you know.
Diabetes Care
Managing diabetes can be a struggle. West Front Primary Care has the tools, expertise and staff in place to help you succeed. Our standards of care for all types of diabetes are state-of-the-art, with technology and organization on your side.
Gynecological Services
WFPC providers offer routine gynecological checkups and related services as part of our family practice emphasis. No need for a specialist.
IUDs and Contraceptive Implants
IUDs and implants are low-maintenance, highly effective birth control. West Front Primary Care provides these services, even if you’re not a patient with us.
Vasectomy
Vasectomy is a safer procedure that causes fewer complications than tubal ligation in women.
Although vasectomy can be relatively expensive, it is a one-time cost. The cost of other methods, such as birth control pills or condoms and spermicide, are likely to be greater over time.
Dermatology Procedures
Treatments for acne, pre-cancerous and cancerous skin conditions, suspicious moles, etc. begins here at WFPC, with the familiar provider that knows your full health history.
Free Immunizations for Qualifying Children
Immunizing Your Child Keeps ALL Our Kids Safe
West Front Primary Care is devoted to protecting our community through standardized immunization schedules for all children. Ask our staff about the immunizations that may be available for your child, often subsidized by the state of Michigan or another medical authority.
Travel Medical Consultation
Travellers intending to visit a destination in a developing country should consult a travel medicine clinic or medical practitioner before the journey. This consultation should take place at least 4–8 weeks before the journey and preferably earlier if long-term travel or overseas work is planned. However, last-minute travellers can also benefit from a medical consultation, even as late as the day of travel.
The consultation will include information about the most important health risks (including traffic accidents) for the areas of travel, determine the need for any vaccinations and/or antimalarial medication, and identify any other medical items that the traveller may require.
